Adam is currently offering group and private instruction in the London area in a non-dogmatic style of postural yoga. Each class offers a strong, slow-flow practice rooted in alignment. Focus will be placed on balancing strength and flexibility, creating a sustainable practice for all body types, and finding energy and power through the expression of postures.
Adam teaches in the best yoga studios and gyms, corporations and small offices, and in his home studio located in Canary Wharf/South Quay (E14). Slow Flow – 7:30am-8:45am
Beginners Yoga – 10:30am-11:45am
Class at Soho Gyms Earls Court. Taught in a slow-flow style with focus on essential alignment points, preparing you for more advanced practice as well as incorporating strength and flexibility training. For beginners or those wanting to get back to basics.
Dynamic Yoga – 6:15pm-7:30pm
Class at Good Vibes Glow Yoga (Covent Garden). Class taught in a dynamic flow style in a warm (not hot) room. Strong practice, although all levels welcome.
Tuesday
Dynamic Yoga – 12:45pm-1:35pm
Class at Good Vibes Glow Yoga (Fitzrovia). Class taught in a dynamic flow style in a warm (not hot) room. Strong practice, although all levels welcome. From 21 May.
Wednesday
Dynamic Yoga – 7:30am-8:30am
Class at Good Vibes Glow Yoga (Fitzrovia). Class taught in a dynamic flow style in a warm (not hot) room. Starting with an extended warm up to wake-up the body, we will quickly move into more complicated flows and standing postures to energise for your day. Strong practice, although all levels welcome. From 29 May.
Yoga Open – 5:00pm-6:00pm
Class at triyoga Soho. Alignment-based slow flow at a strong after-work pace. Breath, meditation, and postural investigations. Suitable for all levels.
Dynamic Yoga – 7:45pm-9:00pm
Class at Yoga on the Lane (East London). Alignment-based slow flow with time for breath and meditation. Suitable for all levels. From 1 May.
Thursday
Dynamic Yoga – 3:00pm-4:00pm
Class at Good Vibes Glow Yoga (Covent Garden). The smallest and quietest class for me at Good Vibes allowing much individual attention. Ample time for breath and meditation as well as investigations into postural alignment.
Dynamic Yoga – 6:00pm-7:00pm
Class at Good Vibes Glow Yoga (Fitzrovia). Class taught in a dynamic flow style in a warm (not hot) room. Strong practice, although all levels welcome. From 23 May.
Friday
Dynamic Yoga – 9:30am-10:30am
Class at Yoga on the Lane (East London). Alignment-based slow flow with time for breath and meditation. Suitable for all levels.
Sunday
Dynamic Yoga – 11:00am-12:30pm
Class at Good Vibes Glow Yoga (Covent Garden). Slightly slower-paced than the Monday night class. Ample time for breath and meditation as well as investigations into postural alignment.
