Before devoting his creative efforts to yoga, he worked first-hand on the production of a Broadway musical, researched activism in South Africa and facilitated professional, creative, and personal development events and workshops with teenagers, university students, and business professionals in the US, UK and across Europe. Drawing on his diverse background, Adam’s classes are infused with humour, joy, and empowerment and taught in an alignment-based slow flow style, with a focus on balancing strength and flexibility within a solid and sustainable structure. He believes our yoga practice leads us to greater creativity, peace, and community – finding strength in the body to find strength in the mind, spirit, and heart.
Adam now resides in London with his partner.
